Ivy Live shall not be held liable in cases where error occurs in the Client(s)’s account(s) and/or in cases of unauthorized access to the Client(s)’ account(s) and/or when any of the following actions of the Client resulted in loss of money and/or profit of the Client, end user(s), third parties:

- transfer of API data (KEY, SECRET) to the third parties;

- transfer of credentials (login, password) to log in into private client’s area;

- enabling/turning off 2FA verification;

- adding/removing IP addresses in/from the “white” list;

- adding/removing accesses to wallets of the third parties.

We do not offer services of Ivy Live to citizens of jurisdictions where the right to trade is limited or prohibited by the rules of current legislation.
